At Premier Finance Adjusters, safety and organization are top priorities—for our clients, our staff, and the general public. To maintain a secure and efficient lot, all visitors are required to schedule an appointment prior to arrival. We do not allow walk-ins or same-day appointments under any circumstances. This policy ensures that each visit is properly documented and that our team can prepare your vehicle or personal property in advance, allowing for a smooth and timely experience.

Our appointment system is designed to protect both you and our staff by maintaining a controlled environment. When you schedule in advance, we can verify documentation, confirm identification, and ensure that your items or vehicle are ready for release. This process helps us avoid delays, improve security, and provide better customer service.

Please note that anyone arriving without a confirmed appointment will be denied entry to the property. To schedule your visit, simply complete the appointment request form below, and a PFA representative will contact you to confirm your date and time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure a professional and secure process for everyone.

Personal Property & Vehicle Redemption Instructions

Important:

Follow these steps carefully for a smooth and efficient redemption process.

1. Contact Your Lender (Vehicles Only)

If redeeming a vehicle, confirm with your lender that a Vehicle Release has been sent directly to the repossession agency of record. We cannot release your vehicle without this.

For property redemption, no lender release is required.

2. Schedule an Appointment

Use the button below to schedule a redemption appointment at your preferred date and time.

  • Once scheduled, we will review your file, confirm fees, and finalize your release.
  • Appointment availability is subject to demand—book early.
  • Scheduling does not guarantee confirmation. You will receive a confirmation.
  • Appointments made after 5 PM may not be confirmed until the next business day.

3. Provide Contact Information

Include your cell phone number or email when scheduling. This allows us to:

  • Confirm your appointment via email or text.
  • Provide the appointment address and any required fees.

4. Bring Exact Change

We do not provide change due to security protocols. Bring the exact amount owed (if any).

5. Bring Valid Identification

Vehicle Redemption

  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • If you only have a government-issued photo ID, bring a licensed driver with a valid license.
  • You must be present and provide some form of government-issued identification.

Without valid ID, we cannot release your vehicle.

Property Redemption

  • A government-issued photo ID is sufficient.
  • If you lack both a driver’s license and a photo ID, call your lender for assistance.

6. Bring Your Keys

If retrieving your vehicle, you will need your keys to drive away. The agency does not provide keys.

If retrieving property only, bring your keys to avoid extra fees from your lender.

7. Bring Trash Bags or Boxes

If you have a large amount of property to collect, bring trash bags or boxes to help transport your items easily.

The agency is not responsible for providing you bags or boxes.

8. Arrive Early

Arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth process. Be prepared for possible delays.
