The most common questions we receive..
If you are trying to redeem your vehicle (get it back), first you need to contact your finance company who made the loan to you to make arrangements with them. We do not determine whether you get your vehicle back or how long it stays on our lot. After you pay your finance company, they will get us the paperwork that allows us to release the vehicle. Once we have the release paperwork, you can make an appointment with us for the vehicle redemption.
Make an appointment. Click on the gray “Personal Belongings” button to book that appointment with us. No walk ins… no exceptions.
We only accept a valid state/government issued identification. School/work ID’s will not be accepted.
We accept exact cash only.
Once your appointment has been confirmed, the exact address will be given to you. We use many storage lot locations statewide, so your vehicle should be somewhere relatively local to you.
If your aftermarket product is attached (wired, bolted, glued) to the vehicle, it stays on the vehicle.
If your name is on the account and we do not have a record of it, please reach out to your finance company and have them put your name on the release so we can release the vehicle/property back to you.
It is not always legal to do so. Please understand that repossession is a process carried out according to laws that protect consumers and the public from certain disturbances. Our recovery agents are trained to avoid contact while performing their duties, if necessary.
Lenders require us to complete an accurate inventory of personal property and store it.
If personal property has not been picked up, we use a third-party shredding company to destroy any Non-Public Information (NPI) on important documents.
If you have medication in the vehicle and you cannot wait, call our office for further instructions. We ask that you have the name of the medication and location of it inside the vehicle available for the person answering the call. We are unable to take walk-ins.
No, because it is not a secure chain of custody. Your property will have to be picked up by you, with a valid ID. You must make an appointment to retrieve your personal property.

Click the box to request an appointment time to pick up your vehicle and/or personal items. If times are not available on a specific day that means all appointment slots have been filled. Please choose another day. All requests will be confirmed by the end of business the day before.
Appointments are scheduled every 15 minutes. On average it takes 10 mins to complete an appointment.
We start and stop our appointment times to ensure we have enough time in the day to handle all our paperwork and process each vehicle.
Please understand that we have a contractual obligation to your finance company to thoroughly, and accurately, process every repossessed vehicle. This process includes but is not limited to: Vehicle condition report, inventory of all personal belongings in the vehicle, and photographs. Furthermore, your vehicle is very likely to be blocked in by other vehicles. We require adequate time from the time of repossession to be able to properly process a vehicle and pull the vehicle to make it accessible for redemption.
If you are running late, we will make every attempt to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee it, especially towards end of the day. Please call us to let us know that you are running behind. Note that you cannot send someone else without proper paperwork – see below.
If you want someone else to pick up your property, please contact your finance company to have them send us a 3rd party property release.
